The Last of Us Part II to przygodowa gra akcji z elementami survival horroru, produkowana przez studio Naughty Dog na konsolę PlayStation 4. Stanowi kontynuację The Last of Us, czyli zdobywcy największej liczby nagród Gry roku w 2013.
Akcja gry toczy się w 2038 roku w postapokaliptycznych Stanach Zjednoczonych pięć lat po wydarzeniach z pierwszej części gry i ponad 25 lat po wybuchu epidemii grzyba. Główną bohaterką gry jest 19-letnia Ellie, która w pierwszej części serii była eskortowana przez Joela do grupy ludzi z organizacji Świetlików.
Autorem muzyki, podobnie jak w poprzedniej części, jest dwukrotny zdobywca Oskara i Golden Globe za muzykę do filmów„Babel” oraz” Brokeback Mountain”, argentyński kompozytor muzyki filmowej Gustavo Santaolalla.
Towarzyszy mu Mac Quayle - laureat nagrody Emmy, nominowany do nagrody Grammy. Autor ścieżek dźwiękowych do seriali Mr. Robot, Pose, 9-1-1 oraz do American Horror Story, za którą otrzymał swoją pierwszą nominację do nagrody Emmy. Wielokrotnie nominowany do World Soundtrack Award.
